• The acid or tumble finish gives the Damascus steel a grey tone, not black.

• Over time, the etched finish may soften to a more polished surface — covered under our Lifetime Warranty, which includes refinishing.

• Anodized colors can fade or shift over time depending on environmental conditions. This, too, is covered under our Lifetime Warranty, with free refinishing available.

• If you prefer a more durable matte option, the anodized finish can be replaced with Cerakote at any time at no additional cost.
